The purpose of the event was to inspire students to succeed in a global economy and to provide students with the specific tools they need to achieve success. Over 130 Rutgers University and Trenton High School students took part in roundtable discussions led by over 30 prominent NJ female leaders from business, political, and community-based arenas. 

Topics discussed at the forum included: becoming a leader with finesse, balancing work and personal life, and breaking through the glass ceiling.
