KZG’s Trish Zita and Beth Dohm were pleased to attend the 5th Annual New Jersey Conference for Women. The conference, organized by the Women in Business Alliance of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, is a nationally recognized program designed to provide a forum to promote an environment for women to connect and build relationships.
The annual conference focuses on professional development and growth with collaboration from business and community leaders, as well as advocates for women’s issues. Trish and Beth, along with over 700 attendees, were offered opportunities to share and listen to success stories, learn from information workshops, and engage in further professional development by gaining a better understanding of the resources needed to attain continued career success. This year’s conference was highlighted by keynote speaker, Maureen Chiquet. Maureen Chiquet, former Global CEO at Chanel, addressed the audience about the significance of feminine leadership in corporate structures and the necessity of growing female professional networks.
Speaking about the importance of the conference, Trish said, “It’s a great opportunity for women to come together and learn from one another. This conference has played an important role in fostering professional development for women and I look forward to continuing my support for this cause.” Beth added, “Every year we meet amazing women throughout the state and we are reminded of the importance gatherings such as these are to the advancement of women.”
